Realization of an online labor market campaign platform and associated online marketing approach to fill vacancies at Raetsheren N.V.. Prior to this approach, extensive collaboration took place to map out how Raetsheren can improve its positioning in this area.

Raetsheren N.V. regularly has vacancies and, like many corporates in the Netherlands, has difficulty filling them, partly due to a tight labor market. Recruiting, engaging and retaining staff has become a profession in itself. In addition, much recruitment and selection takes place completely online. Which platforms do you choose? What do your target groups find attractive? How do you reach them? And what can you show them of your culture? Kirsten worked on this question.

Description

Change Collectief was approached by CF Report B.V. to think about the new branding strategy of its client Raetsheren N.V.. Raetsheren consists of several operating companies and was ready for an upgrade of their corporate identity. Within this question there was also a need to improve their employer branding. In addition to strategic involvement in the development of a new branding and corporate website Raetsheren, Kirsten developed an online 'Working at' campaign. To contribute to the streamlining of HR's internal recruitment processes, the Homerun.io platform was chosen. With this platform there is one ‘Werken-bij’ pagina built, which is referred to from various online recruitment platforms (such as Indeed and the corporate website). Candidates can orientate themselves and apply via the 'Working-at' website. The applications go directly into an automated funnel that allows the recruitment team to manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment and selection process.

Part of the campaign was Raetsheren's positioning on social media (Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram), and the required content strategy. Grids have been developed for the marketing department with which they can create content for the channels, and a series of videos have been produced that reflect Raetsheren's open corporate culture. Change Collectief developed the strategy in collaboration with CF Report and supervised its implementation from A to Z. Involved employees within Raetsheren were included in the approach and guided through the rollout and implementation.

Change Collectief also developed a new website for Raetsheren, as a partner of CF Report Intermont, one of the B.V.s under Raetsheren.
