Change Collectief bestaat bijna 11 jaar als ‘bureau zonder overhead’, en werd opgericht met Kirsten Bruijel’s geloof in de kracht van communities en de ambitie om opdrachtgevers te helpen adaptief om te gaan met veranderingen binnen hun organisatie en omgeving. Als ervaren manager op het gebied van communicatie, pr en (digital) marketing en een hart voor een gezonde leefomgeving, omarm ik graag nieuwe ontwikkelingen en duurzame inzichten zodat ik het beste kan leveren voor mijn klanten. Denk aan expertise op het gebied van organisatiekunde, gedragsbeïnvloeding, customer journeys, product- en service development, generatieve ai, digitale transformatie, agile management, influencermarketing en growth hacking. Ik heb een grote drive om het verschil voor mijn klanten te maken. En ik wordt vaak ingeschakeld als een startpunt voor de ontwikkeling van visies, ideeën en nieuw of aangescherpt beleid.
Dankzij mijn flexibele formule als eenmanszaak kan ik vaak bovenverwachting inspelen op de behoeftes en uitdagingen van mijn klanten. Dankzij mijn hands-on mentaliteit en een flexibel netwerk sla ik moeiteloos de brug tussen visie en executie. Hierbij sta ik garant voor een full-service aanpak, met een breed pallet aan expertises, met altijd een uniek resultaat. Uiteraard met state-of-the-art partners die mij helpen om de kwaliteit te bereiken waar ik voor sta.

Coaching and strategy
Before you can take the next step, further research often needs to be conducted to test your own principles. I'll work with you to determine what the desired output and results should be. I'll then develop the framework with which we can set the right strategic priorities and make further choices. If certain skills lack in the team, I coach and train on the job or provide a tailor-made program.

Concept and design
Als er duidelijk is wat we willen gaan doen en welk effect we willen bereiken bij de doelgroepen op kennis, houding en gedrag, dan werk ik de benodigde concepten verder uit en zorg dat ze vertaald worden in een ontwerp. Voor het visualiseren werk ik samen met professionele designers of een bureau van jullie keuze. In deze fase worden de ontwerpen voor nieuwe merkidentiteiten, campagnes, websites of originele content geboren.
03.
Production and realization
If the online and/or offline designs require specific expertise in production, I will provide full guidance as a main contractor of the necessary expertise. The type of production is of no concern, whether it involves copywriting, AR/VR, social media, web development, video, 3D objects or printing. I have the necessary experience in all areas and I monitor the output, even if the implementation is delegated within the client's team. If required, I also ensure monitoring of the results and follow-up.
